Terms of Service

These terms explain what Googjet provides, what we expect from users and partners, and how disputes are handled.

1.The service

Googjet is a travel planning and marketplace platform. It generates recommendations, budgets and itineraries, and connects travellers with partners and affiliated providers who fulfil bookings.

Recommendations are informational. Prices, availability and opening hours change, and you should confirm critical details — visas, health requirements, transport schedules — with the relevant authority or provider before travelling.

2.Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and should enable two-factor authentication.

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, scraping, security circumvention or repeated policy violations.

3.Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Invoices and receipts remain available in your account. Refunds follow the applicable consumer law and our published refund conditions.

4.Bookings

When you book through a partner or affiliated provider, that provider's own terms, cancellation policy and consumer rights apply to the booked service. Googjet facilitates the transaction and provides the record, confirmation and support routing.

5.Partner and creator obligations

Partners must keep listings, prices, availability and promotions accurate, honour published offers, and comply with local law and licensing requirements.

Affiliates and creators must disclose commercial relationships, may not bid on our trademarks in a misleading way, and may not generate artificial clicks or conversions. Commission from invalid traffic is reversed.

6.Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer the recommendation engine, scrape the platform at scale, upload unlawful or infringing content, or misuse support and messaging channels.

7.Intellectual property

The platform, brand and software remain our property. Content you publish remains yours; by publishing it you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the service.

8.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify material changes in advance. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
